Mr. Leszczynski noted that this request has also been reviewed by the various City departments and bureaus and approval is recommended. Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the request of Riley High School be approved. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried. Additionally, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the request of the Northern Indiana Cab Drivers Association be approved. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE TITLE SHEETS: - SUPERIOR WASTE SYST: - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT - by Mr. Cald referenced. INC. TARY SEWER, WEST NO. 3 DRIVE REPT. well, seconded by Mrs. Mueller and Title Sheets were approved and APPROVE CONTRACTORS BONDS Mr. Larry D. Spradlin, Division of Engineering, recommended that the Contractors Bonds for the following be approved: - Wilber Turner Effective 10-26-92 - Curtis R. Stone d/b/a Kangaroo Construction Effective 10-16-92 Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bonds be approved. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried. FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS It is noted that the Department of Code Enforcement has submitted to the Board two (2) lists indicating that eighty-eight (88) City owned and miscellaneous lots have been cleaned during the period October 12, 1992 to October 16, 1992. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the lists be filed. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried. APPROVE CLAIMS Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted to the Board two (2) lists indicating claims in the amounts of $1,818,186.08 and $1,851,528.34 and recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern Indiana, submitted one (1) list containing two hundred eight (208) claims in the amount of $80,697.72 and recommended approval. Therefore, Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the recommendations be accepted and the claims be approved. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Mueller and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m. 1 1 I
