050 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 5, 1992 <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT <br />It is noted that the Humane Society of St. Joseph County, IN, <br />Inc., has submitted the Monthly Report for the month of July <br />indicating the types and numbers of animals handled for the City <br />of South Bend. Mrs. Mueller made a motion that the report as <br />submitted be accepted for filing. Mr. Caldwell seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />rE RUBBISH AND GA <br />AL SERVICE LIC <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr <br />carried, the following two (2) Rubbish and Garbage <br />Service license applications were approved: <br />1. STEVE HERRON <br />707 East Keasey <br />South Bend, IN <br />2. MILTON LAX <br />750 North Olive <br />South Bend, IN <br />E APPLICATIONS <br />s. Mueller and <br />Removal <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />It is noted that the Department of Code Enforcement has submitted <br />to the Board four (4) lists indicating that one hundred <br />fifty-seven (157) City owned and miscellaneous lots have been <br />cleaned during the period September 14, 1992 to September 25, <br />1992. Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the lists be filed. Mrs. <br />Mueller seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted to the Board two (2) <br />lists indicating claims in the amounts of $1,301,484.96 and <br />$607,685.97 and recommended approval. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell <br />made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the claims <br />be approved. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Mueller and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:15 a.m. <br />JJA_ ��►.k.�_ <br />a7?//JYA�� <br />Mary H.
