Box 3095 <br />South Bend, Indiana 46619 <br />PROJECT: BOWMAN CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT <br />PROJECT NO. 91-75 <br />DATE AWARDED: July 20, 1992 <br />AMOUNT: $222,594.66. <br />CONTRACTOR: INDUSTRIAL INSTALLATIONS, INC. <br />55587 Currant Road <br />Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 <br />PROJECT: GRIT CHANNEL REBUILDING PROJECT <br />PROJECT NO. 92-38 <br />DATE AWARDED: June 8, 1992 <br />AMOUNT: $29,760.00. <br />Upon separate motions made by Mrs. Mueller, seconded by Mr. <br />Caldwell and carried, -the Contracts were approved and the <br />appropriate Certificate of Insurance, Performance Bond, and Labor <br />and Materials Payment Bond as submitted by Rieth-Riley and Reinke <br />Construction were accepted for filing. It is noted that <br />Industrial Installations, Inc., submitted Irrevocable Standby <br />Letter of Credit No. 768 in the amount of $29,760.00, expiring <br />November 10, 1992, written by the Valley American Bank in lieu of <br />a Performance Bond and Labor & Materials Payment Bond. <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 30-1992 - LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE <br />Mr. Jon Hunt, Director, Department of Economic Development was <br />present and advised the Board that with him today was Ms. Pam <br />Meyer of the Division of Neighborhood Services. Mr. Hunt stated <br />that eighteen (18) months ago the Department began their <br />involvement with the Housing Development Corporation for City <br />wide planning in the areas of neighborhood, housing and <br />annexation.
