<br />Bend, Indiana, requested permission to conduct a KID'S KLUB
<br />PARADE on Saturday, July 18, 1992 at 10:00 a.m. with a rain
<br />date set for July 27, 1992.
<br />Ms. Zeiger noted that the children in the parade will
<br />decorate and ride their bicycles and wear costumes and they
<br />will be accompanied by their parents. The parade will begin
<br />in the church parking lot and proceed north down the alley
<br />east of the lot to Klinger Street, Klinger to St. Joseph
<br />Street, St. Joseph Street south to Sherwood, Sherwood east to
<br />Fellows Street, Fellows south to Southmore Circle (Langley &
<br />Montgolfier) turning onto Southmore Circle west to Fellows
<br />Street, Fellows south to Chippewa and Chippewa west to the
<br />alley at the east side of the Church and north into the
<br />parking lot.

<br />APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR CYLINDER
<br />HEADS FOR BLOWER ENGINES - WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
<br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. John J. Dillon, Director, Division
<br />of Environmental Services, requested that the Board advertise for
<br />the receipt of bids for cylinder heads for the blower engines at
<br />the South Bend Wastewater eatment Plant. Mr. Leszczynski made
<br />a motion that the request be approved. Mrs. Mueller seconded the
<br />motion which carried.
<br />APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - NIMTZ
<br />PARKWAY EXTENSION PROJECT
<br />In a Memorandum to the Board, Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director,
<br />Division of Engineering, requested that the Board advertise for
<br />the receipt of bids for construction of the extension of Nimtz
<br />Parkway, presently known as Old Cleveland Road Relocated, from
<br />the western terminus of the portion under construction east of
<br />the U.S. 31 bypass to connect with the new entrance ramps
<br />proposed by the Indiana Toll Road for the adjacent interchange.
