REGULAR MEETING JUNE 22, 1992 <br />211 • <br />1 <br />u <br />APPROVE AND/OR RELEASE CONTRACTORS AND EXCAVATION BONDS <br />Mr. Larry D. Spradlin, Sr., Division of Engineering, recommended <br />that the following bonds be approved and or released as <br />indicated: <br />CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />- Selge Construction Co., Inc. Approve Eff. 6-22-92 <br />Sandra S. Kiss & Josef Kiss Release Eff. 7-15-92 <br />- Robert N. Akens Release Eff. 6-22-92 <br />EXCAVATION BOND <br />- John E. Dieringer, d/b/a <br />Utility Piping Services <br />Release Eff. 7-15-92 <br />Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the recommendations be accepted <br />and the bonds be approved and/or released as indicated above. <br />Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Caldwell indicated that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists as submitted by the Department of Code Enforcement <br />indicating that ninety-one (91) miscellaneous properties were <br />cleaned by the Department from June 8, 1992 to June 11, 1992. <br />Mrs. Mueller made a motion that the lists be accepted for <br />filing. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Caldwell stated that the Deputy Controllers Office has <br />submitted claims in the amounts of $2,264,165.16, $245,529.08 and <br />$270,019.04 and recommends approval. <br />Additionally, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of <br />Northern Indiana, submitted a list containing one hundred <br />eighty-six (186) claims totaling $72,080.63 and recommends <br />approval. <br />Therefore, Mrs. Mueller made a motion that the claims be approved <br />and the lists be filed. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Mueller and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m. <br />AT ST: <br />"Sandra M.
