Mueller indicated that the <br />Agreements indicate that the City desires to utilize property <br />owned by the above referenced parties and therefore the City <br />agrees to hold them harmless from any liability for said use. <br />Mrs. Mueller made a motion that the Agreements as submitted be <br />approved and executed. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />APPROVE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT - STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT <br />AREA - 216 W.
