Ferrara, Jr., 50561 <br />Alleghency Court, Granger, Indiana, has submitted the rates for <br />All Star Towing-, Inc., 3319 West Sample Street, South Bend, <br />Indiana, as .follows: <br />SCHEDULE OF FEES <br />Impound Towing ........ ........ ... ..... <br />........ $60.00 <br />Storage Per Day (One Day Minimum).............$10.00 <br />Booting.......................................$60.00 <br />Door Unlocking................................$15.00 <br />Dolly Tow (In addition to tow fee) ............ $18.00 <br />Disconnect Transmission Linkage.... $12.00 to.$20.00 <br />Police Notification...........................$15.00 <br />HEAVY IMPOUND FEES <br />Towing fee...................................$95.00 <br />Disconnect Drive -line ........................$50.00 <br />Disconnect bumper............................$40.00 <br />Storage per day (one day minimum) ............ $20.00 <br />Pull axle....................................$60.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Mueller <br />and carried, the above rates as submitted were accepted for <br />filing. <br />APPROVE SECONDHAND DEALERS LICENSE APPLICATION <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following one (1) secondhand <br />dealers license application has been received: <br />NAME: CLASSIC BOUTIQUE <br />BY: MS. ETHEL ANDERSON <br />ADDRESS: 1636 Lincolnway West <br />FOR THE PURPOSE OF SELLING: Used furniture <br />Mr. Leszczynski further advised that favorable recommendations <br />have been received from the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting, <br />Department of Code Enforcement, Police Department and Fire <br />Department on the above application. Upon a motion made by Mrs. <br />Mueller, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the license <br />application was approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />office for issuance of a license. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski indicated that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists as submitted by the Department of Code Enforcement <br />indicating that thirty-three (33) miscellaneous properties were <br />cleaned by the Department from March 30, 1992 to April 3, 1992. <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the list be accepted for <br />filing. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Deputy Controllers Office has <br />submitted claims in the amounts of $1,999,507.68, $2,192,500.00 <br />and $315,930.61 and recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan <br />A. Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern Indiana, <br />submitted a list containing two hundred thirteen (213) claims <br />totalling $63,560.78 and recommended approval. Therefore, Mr. <br />Caldwell made a motion that the claims be approved and the <br />reports as submitted be filed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />
