REGULAR MEETING MARCH 30. 1992 <br />9 <br />1 <br />PETITION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RESTRICTED RESIDENTIAL <br />PARKING ZONE - EXTENSION OF ESTHER BETWEEN 1702 AND 1622/HILDRETH <br />STREET_- 1601-1617 1602 AND 1622 - REFERRED <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of a <br />Petition for the Establishment of a Residential Parking Zone as <br />submitted by Sue Bunch, 1609 Hildreth Street requesting that the <br />extension of Esther Street, between 1702 and 1622/Hildreth Street <br />(1601-1617, 1602-1622) be designated as a restricted residential <br />parking zone. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the Petition be <br />referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting in order that the <br />appropriate traffic study can be conducted. Mrs. Mueller <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - SYCAMORE STREET PARKING AND LANDSCAPING <br />(STREETS) <br />Mr. Leszczynski indicated that the Title Sheet for the above <br />referred to project has been submitted for approval. Mr. <br />Leszczynski made a motion that the Title Sheet be approved and <br />signed. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL_ CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists as submitted by the Department of Code Enforcement <br />indicating that forty-six (46) miscellaneous properties were <br />cleaned by the Department from March 16, 1992 to March 20, 1992. <br />Mrs. Mueller made a motion that the lists be accepted for <br />filing. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Deputy Controllers Office has <br />submitted claims in the amounts of $1,974,105.09, $1,866,165.20 <br />and $2,620,746.58 and recommended approval. <br />Additionally, Mr. Juan A. Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of <br />Northern Indiana, -submitted a list outlining one hundred <br />ninety-eight (198) claims totalling $69,673.32 and recommended <br />approval. <br />Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the claims be approved <br />and the lists filed. Mrs. Mueller seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:46 a.m. <br />ATT S <br />JAI <br />1 IlJ -IL,_IAk <br />,'Sandra M.
