REGULAR MEETING FEBRUARY 10, 1992 BID: 688 tons or 270,000 gallons Ferric Chloride Solution $195.16* dry ton - $134,270.08 *45,000 lb. minimum delivery BONDED CHEMICALS, INC. 2469 Creekway Drive Columbus, Ohio 43207 Bid was signed by Mr. Paul W. Cochran, General Manager, Non - Collusion Affidavit was in order, Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed and a Bid Bond in the amount of $13,117.00 was submitted. BID: 270,000 gallons Ferric Chloride - 4,000 gallon tank truck deliveries $.4858/Gallon $225.00 dry ton - $131,166.00 Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the above bids were referred to the Bureau of Wastewater for review and recommendation. OPENING AND AWARD OF BIDS - SALE OF ABANDONED VEHICLES This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the sale of approximately twelve (12) abandoned vehicles which have been stored at Super Auto Salvage Corporation, 3300 South Main Street, South Bend, Indiana. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read: MR.
