REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 10, 1992 <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and <br />carried, the Certificates of Insurance for the following were <br />accepted for filing: <br />1. Walsh & Kelly, Inc.; <br />W & K Equipment Co., Inc. <br />Thomas Walsh <br />1700 East Main Street <br />Griffith, Indiana <br />2. LaFree Excavating, Inc. <br />Richard LaFree <br />11252 West Third Street <br />Osceola, Indiana <br />3. Petroleum Equipment, Inc. <br />and Liquid Systems, Inc. <br />12875 McKinley Highway <br />Mishawaka, Indiana <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of a list <br />submitted by the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />forty-six (46) miscellaneous properties were cleaned by the <br />Department from January 28, 1992 to January 31, 1992. Mrs. <br />DeClercq made a motion that the list be accepted for filing. Mr. <br />Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Deputy Controllers Office has <br />submitted claims in the amount of $1,644,044.42 and recommended <br />approval. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the claims be <br />approved and the report be filed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:57 a.m. <br />a <br />- CiL <br />goqhn.eszcz <br />Patricia E.
