REGULAR MEETING <br />DECEMBER 13, 1993 <br />Box 774, South Bend, Indiana, advised that the St. Joe Valley <br />Chapter of the Knights of Columbus is planning their annual <br />"March for Life" to be held on Sunday, January 23, 1994. The <br />March will begin at the parking lot of the Council at 553 <br />East Washington Street at 1:30 p.m. and will proceed south on <br />Hill Street to Jefferson, west on Jefferson to Wayne and then <br />west on Wayne to St. Patrick's Church on Taylor Street. <br />Marchers will then make their way back to the Knights of <br />Columbus independently. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and <br />carried, the following four (4) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: <br />LOCATION: <br />REMARKS: <br />REMOVAL OF: <br />LOCATION: <br />REMARKS: <br />HANDICAP PARKING SPACE <br />913 1/2 SOUTH 35TH STREET <br />Mr. Charles Quick has met all the <br />requirements. <br />STOP SIGN <br />FRANKLIN & STULL <br />OPEN FRANKLIN <br />Police Department <br />way was installed <br />in Allied. Spradlin, Sr., Division of Engineering, recommended <br />that the Bond of Contractor for James Burke, d/b/a Burke Concrete, <br />be approved retroactive to December 9, 1993. Mr. Leszczynski made <br />a motion that the request be approved. Mrs. Manier seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEETS: <br />- BENTLEY LANE SEWER EXTENSION <br />- MEIJER (TRAFFIC SIGNAL DRAWINGS) <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and <br />carried, the above referenced Title Sheets were approved and <br />signed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Department of Code Enforcement <br />has submitted two (2) lists containing forty-nine (49) City owned <br />1 <br />1 <br />
