Box 1407 <br />South Bend, Indiana 46624 <br />FILING OF ENVIRO <br />Mr. Leszczynski a <br />has submitted two <br />(127) City owned <br />by the Department <br />Leszczynski made <br />for filing. Mrs. <br />AUGUST 2 1993 <br />NMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />dvised that the Department of Code Enforcement <br />(2) lists containing one hundred twenty-seven <br />and miscellaneous properties which were cleaned <br />from July 19, 1993 to July 22, 1993. Mr. <br />a motion that the lists as submitted be accepted <br />Mueller seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski indicated that the Board is in receipt of the <br />monthly report as submitted by the Humane Society of St. Joseph <br />County, Inc., for the month of June, 1993. The report indicates <br />the type and,number of animals handled for the City of South Bend. <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the report be accepted for <br />filing as submitted. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which <br />carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount <br />of $310,105.26 and recommended approval. Also, Mr. Juan <br />Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern Indiana, submitted <br />a list of claims in the amount of $67,702.64 and recommended <br />approval. Additionally, the Department of Economic Development, <br />submitted the following claim for approval: <br />SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AIRPORT BLACKTHORN <br />GOLF COURSE PROJECT CONSTRUCTION FUND PAYMENT RE UISITIO <br />AND CERTIFICATE FOR PAYMENT OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Claim No.: 52 <br />Payee: Salyer's Golf Construction <br />P.O. Box 1065 <br />Sunbury, Ohio 43074 <br />Amount: $218,066.80 <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the claims be approved and the <br />reports as submitted be filed.
