ADOPT RESOLUTION -IN OR EXCHANGE OF CITY -OWNED PROPERTY ON PROPERTY OF SIMILAR NATURE 7-1993 - APPROVING In a letter to the Board, Police Chief Ronald G. Marciniak advised that the Department wishes to have seven (7) police owned bicycles declared obsolete for purposes of offering them as trade-ins for new bicycles. Chief Marciniak noted that these bicycles were purchased in May of 1990 and are now worn beyond normal usefulness to the Department. The derailers, seats, sprockets, tires, rims and cables have reached the end of their useful life. Costs of repairs are expected to exceed the value of each bicycle. Chief Marciniak I� 1 1
