<br />2) Such transfer shall be accomplished by quit -claim deed,
<br />executed by the Mayor of the City of South Bend and
<br />attested to by the South Bend City Clerk.
<br />3) Such transfer shall be made by the City to the Church in
<br />an "as is" condition with no warranties, indemnities or
<br />representations made relative to said real property.

<br />residence at 717 South Arnold Street.

<br />Application For Use Of And Blocking Of Access To Public
<br />Right -of -Way For A Party Or Similar Event, requesting that
<br />William Street, from Western Avenue to the cul-de-sac in
<br />front of the Coveleski Regional Baseball Stadium, be closed
<br />from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 6, 1993, for a
<br />Cancer Survivors Day Picnic.

<br />In a letter to the Board, Ms. Kathryn Baumgartner, on behalf of
<br />the Christmas in April Program, 521 Eclipse Place, South Bend,
<br />Indiana, advised that Christmas in April will be performing
<br />repairs on forty-seven (47) homes in the southeast neighborhood
<br />Saturday, April 17, 1993, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Nearly
<br />3,500 volunteers will participate in the project on that day.
<br />order to facilitate the timely and orderly transport of
<br />volunteers, all will be bussed to the parking lot of Broadway
