Parmerlee, Clerk <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 17-1993 - APPROVING MATTERS RELATING TO <br />PROJECTS FUNDED WITH THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND SEWAGE WORKS REVENUE <br />BONDS OF 1989 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that as previously announced excess <br />revenue.from the 1989 Sewage Works Revenue Bonds will be utilized <br />for drainage improvements in the Chippewa, Erskine area. <br />Therefore, the appropriate Resolution has been prepared and <br />submitted to the Board for adoption. Mr. Caldwell made a motion <br />that the Resolution be adopted.
