Klebosits, 1905 Riverside Drive, South Bend,
Indiana, was present and addressed the Board.
Mr. Klebosits advised that he has had recent conversations with
representatives from the Sewer Department, Mr. Dillon and Mr.
John Leszczynski concerning a problem with his sewer which he
considers unique.
Mr. Klebosits indicated that he had attempted to have his sewer
cleaned. The plumber had one hundred ten feet (1101) of line
which was not enough to correct the problem and he had quite a
time running it through. Mr. Klebosits was concerned that he
needs to run the line all the way under and across to the other
side of the street to reach the trunk line. He also stated that
he has asked the City to come out and put a "clean out" on his
side of the street so he can clean the sewer line up to the trunk
line, but has been informed that it is his responsibility. Mr.
Klebosits continued discussing the sewer line, including its
inception and the possibility of its being "bowed" and,
1
therefore, causing problems.
