.i i. <br />- 012 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />JANUARY 11, 1993 <br />claims be approved. <br />carried., <br />Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: <br />QUESTION REGARDING DISCOVERY OF UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS <br />Mr. Tom Howell, U93 Radio, advised the Board that at a recent <br />MACOG meeting, a company named STS advised that in the process of <br />expansion, they discovered underground storage tanks. They are <br />in the process of installing monitor wells at their site to <br />determine if contamination has occurred. Mr. Howell inquired if <br />the City's wells would be affected by this discovery. Mr. <br />Leszczynski advised Mr. Howell that the City was not affected by <br />this discovery and STS would have to take care of this matter <br />themselves. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:45 a.m. <br />i <br />J n E.
