REGULAR MEETING SEPTEMBER 26. 1994 <br />Mr. Carl Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering recommended to the Board that they award the <br />low quote to Foegley Landscaping. Further, he noted that the Department of Community and <br />Economic Development favorably recommended awarding the quote to Foegley Landscaping. <br />Therefore, Mrs. Manier made a motion that this quote be awarded to Foegley Landscaping. Mr. <br />Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONTRACT - COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME - TUNNEL <br />CONSTRUCTION - HAGERMAN CONSTRUCTION <br />Mr. R.A. Dieringer, Verkler Inc., 4406 Technology Drive, South Bend, Indiana, submitted to the <br />Board a Contract between the City and Hagerman Construction, Post Office Box 10690, Fort <br />Wayne, Indiana. It is noted that on September 6, 1994, the Board awarded the bid of Hagerman <br />Construction in the amount of $328,000.00 for the College Football Hall of Fame Connecting <br />Tunnel. In conjunction with that award, Verkler, Inc., has asked that the Board execute the Contract <br />which they have now submitted. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the Contract be <br />approved. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONTRACT - CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL APARTMENTS - SANITARY SEWER <br />CONNECTIONS - H. DEWULF, INC. <br />Ms. Kathleen A. Herrman, President, H. DeWulf Inc., Post Office Box 5127, South Bend, Indiana, <br />submitted to the Board a Contract between the City and H. DeWulf, Inc. It is noted that on <br />September 12, 1994, the Board awarded the bid of H. DeWulf, Inc. in the amount of $24,054.00 for <br />the above referred to project. In conjunction with that award, H. DeWulf, Inc. has asked that the <br />Board execute the Contract which they have now submitted. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a <br />motion that the Contract be approved.
