Box <br />1303, Florence, Alabama, which indicates a Final Project Cost of <br />$174,062.36. <br />Mr. Dillon reminded members of the Board that on September.7, <br />1993, the Board declared that an emergency existed and that quotes <br />were to be sought for the necessary repair work. It is noted that <br />Lawson -Fisher prepared specifications for the repair work and <br />invited contractors to submit a quote based on unit cost for labor <br />and material and the engineers estimate of time needed to complete <br />the repair work.
