OPENING OF BIDS - ENGINEERING COPY MACHINE Mr. Leszczynski noted that today was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed bids for an engineering copy machine. Proofs of publication of a Notice to Bidders which appeared in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News were submitted by the Clerk. The following bids were opened and read:
