At this time the appropriate Resolution <br />has been prepared and is being submitted to the Board for <br />conside ation. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the Resolution <br />be adop ed. Mr. Caldwell seconded the motion which carried and <br />the fo4owing Resolution No. 18-1994 was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18-1994 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF A CERTAIN PARCEL <br />OF REAL PROPERTY TO HABITAT FOR HUMANITY <br />OF ST.
