BID: $238,853.00 The prices for the installation of the sanitary sewer do not include removing or working around any obstructions including, but not limited to, building foundations, buried concrete, unknown utilities, or buried trash. The sanitary sewer prices also do not include any rock excavation or dewatering. Should any of the above conditions be encountered, Small, Inc., will receive additional compensation from the City for the extra work required. This bid is based on the storm sewer work consisting of modifying an existing catch basin to a curb inlet per discussions with the City.
