<br />AP ROVE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR FOOT RACES
<br />AN SIMILAR EVENTS - FIRST ANNUAL 3R TRIATHLON EXTREME!
<br />Mr. Caldwell stated that pursuant to Resolution No. 9-1985,
<br />es ablishing policies and fees for foot races and similar events,
<br />ad pted by the Board of Public Works on March 4, 1985, In Front
<br />Pr motions and Camp Ray Bird, have fulfilled Resolution
<br />re uirements to conduct the First Annual R3 Triathlon Extreme! on
<br />Su day, May 22, 1994, and the appropriate Agreement is being
<br />pr sented to the Board at this time. It is noted that on February
<br />21, 1994, the Board of Public Works approved the date for this
<br />ev nt subject to the sponsor meeting all Resolution requirements.
<br />Up n a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski
<br />an carried, the Agreement was approved and executed.
<br />AP ROVE WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
<br />Mr. Ken Zmudzinski, Pretreatment Coordinator, Division of
<br />En ironmental Services, submitted a renewal permit for I/N Tek -
<br />IIN Kote, 30755 Edison Road, New Carlisle, Indiana. Mr.
<br />Zm dzinski advised that the permit has no significant changes from
<br />th previous permit which had been revised on August 23, 1994.
<br />Th effective period of the permit is five (5) years from the date
<br />of approval. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the Permit
<br />be approved. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried.

<br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell
<br />and carried, the above Contracts were approved and the appropriate
<br />Certificates of Insurance, Performance Bonds and Labor and
<br />Materials Payment Bonds as submitted were filed.

<br />�RD BIDS - TRUCKING OF BELT PRESSED WASTE WATER SLUDGE
<br />Jack J. Dillon, Director, Division of Environmental Services,
<br />used the Board that he has reviewed the two (2) bids received
<br />May 16, 1994 for the trucking of belt pressed waste water
<br />dge and recommends at this time that the low bid of Sands
<br />icking Company, 23942 State Road 2, P.O. Box 9016, South Bend,
<br />liana, be awarded as follows:
<br />Monday thru Friday $50.00 per hour
<br />Saturday and Sunday $58.00 per hour
