Commitment of spaces within a <br />parkin garage within a particular rate structure shall be <br />determ ned based upon (1) the number of parking spaces committed <br />per single billing; (2) the length of time the person has <br />committed spaces within that garage; and (3) the payment <br />experience of the account. <br />Prsons entering into long term agreements for parking may be <br />granted an option to renew within the discretion of the Board of <br />Public Works or its designee. <br />SFTION II. The following hourly rates shall be charged for <br />individual vehicles parked at City operated parking garages: <br />A.
