221 <br />REGULAR MEETING APRIL 25, 1994 <br />REMARKS: Mrs. Viola Darr has met all the <br />requirements. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET_- WILLIAM RICHARDSON COURT (SEWER/WATER/ <br />STREET) <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell <br />and carried, the Title Sheet for the above referred to project was <br />approved and signed. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski indicated that the Department of Code Enforcement <br />has submitted two (2) lists containing fifty-one (51) City owned <br />and miscellaneous properties which were cleaned by the Department <br />from April 11, 1994 to April 14, 1994. Mr. Leszczynski made a <br />motion that the lists as submitted be accepted for filing. Mr. <br />Caldwell seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount <br />of $1,100,711.47 and recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan <br />Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern Indiana, submitted <br />a list containing claims in the amount of $67,981.09 and <br />recommended approval. Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the claims <br />be approved and the reports as submitted be filed. Mrs. Manier <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and <br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 9:55 p.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />J n E.
