The total cost of this activity shall not exceed <br />$5,000.00. <br />NEAR NORTHWEST NEIGHBORHOOD <br />NEAR NORTHWEST SOCIAL SERVICE OUTREACH <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to interview two <br />hundred twenty-seven (227) households in District 12, Census <br />Tract 6, to assess individual and family social service needs <br />through the use of a prepared United Way survey instrument. <br />The total cost of this activity shall not exceed 12,500.00. <br />HANSEL NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER <br />HANSEL CENTER RESTORATION PROJECT <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to provide <br />rehabilitation and repairs at the Learning Twig Day Care to <br />bring the structure into conformance with local code <br />enforcement codes and state day care licensing requirements. <br />The total cost of this activity shall not exceed $30,000.00. <br />MADISON CENTER <br />SEXUAL ASSAULT INTERVENTION PROJECT <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to counsel one hundred <br />ten (110) victims and provide outreach, education and support <br />services to over ten thousand (10,000) students and other <br />individuals. The total cost of this activity shall not <br />exceed $20,000.00. <br />N.E. NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL, INC. <br />NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD CENTER <br />The targeted goal for this activity is to be open two hundred <br />forty (240) days for public access to the Center and the <br />services it provides. The total cost of this activity shall <br />not exceed $7,200.00. <br />APPROVE AGREEMENT FOR USE OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR FOOT RACES <br />AND SIMILAR EVENTS - MADISON CENTER COMMUNITY AWARENESS WALK - <br />APRIL 17, 1994 <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that pursuant to Resolution No. 9-1985, <br />establishing policies and fees for foot races and similar events, <br />adopted by the Board of Public Works on March 4, 1985, Madison <br />Center, has fulfilled Resolution requirements to conduct the <br />Community Awareness Walk on Sunday, April 17, 1994, and the <br />appropriate Agreement is being presented to the Board at this <br />time. <br />It is noted that on February 14, 1994, the Board of Public Works <br />approved the date for this event subject to the sponsor meeting <br />all Resolution requirements. Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, <br />seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the Agreement was approved <br />and executed. <br />REQUESTS REFERRED: <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell <br />Manier and carried, the following requests were referred to the <br />appropriate City departments and bureaus for review and <br />recommendation: <br />TO CLOSE <br />FOR NEI <br />STREET <br />FROM ST.
