Box 624 <br />Mishawaka, Indiana 46546-0624 <br />1755 North Cedar Street <br />Mishawaka, Indiana 46545 <br />BID: $234,417.00 <br />BID PACKAGE # 09.90 <br />PAINTING & FINISHING <br />Low Bidder: THE PANGERE CORPORATION <br />4050 West 4th Avenue <br />Gary, Indiana 46406 <br />BID: $243,312.00 <br />in the <br />following <br />Additionally, Mr. Mankowski stated that continued analysis is <br />required from the design team of the bids received for Bid Package <br />#15.90 - Temperature Controls, before a final recommendation will <br />be made. <br />Mrs. Mikki Dobski Shidler was present and reiterated the <br />recommendations Mr. Mankowski outlined in his letter. <br />Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the recommendations <br />made by Verkler, Inc., for awards, rebid and further review, be <br />Accepted. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - <br />MISCELLANEOUS EQUIPMENT FOR SEVERAL CITY DEPARTMENTS <br />In a letter to the Board, Mr. Matthew L. Chlebowski, Director, <br />Division of Equipment Services, requested that the Board advertise <br />for the receipt of bids for the following equipment: <br />Six (6) Mid -Size Program Cars <br />Nine (9) Compact Program Cars <br />Two (2) 4WD Utility Vehicles <br />Three (3) 3/4 ton pick-up trucks <br />One (1) Mini cargo Van <br />Two (2) Extended cab pick-ups <br />One (1) 4WD Pick-up with plow <br />One (1) 15,000 L13 GVWR Chassis <br />One (1) 185 CFM Air Compressor <br />One (1) 12 foot utility step van <br />Two (2) S/A Dump Trucks <br />
