This <br />is a request from the YWCA and <br />Madison School. Traffic and <br />Lighting will install signage. One <br />Way signs and no parking on Bartlett <br />radius 10' for sight clearance. <br />2. REMOVAL OF: HANDICAP PARKING SPACE <br />LOCATION: 1801 Florence <br />REMARKS: Request of Ms. Victoria Kowalaski. <br />Signs no longer needed. <br />3. REMOVAL OF: HANDICAP PARKING SPACE <br />LOCATION: 1808 Florence <br />REMARKS: Mr. Enoch Brownlee has moved. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - CHIPPEWA AVENUE STORM WATER CONTROL SYSTEM <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Title Sheet for the above <br />referred to project was being presented at this time for <br />execution. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. <br />Manier and carried, the above referred to Title Sheet was approved <br />and signed. <br />APPROVE RELEASE OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND <br />Mr. Larry D. Spradlin, Sr., Division of Engineering, recommended <br />that the Bond of Contractor for Jim Ready be released effective <br />February 7, 1994. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that this <br />recommendation be accepted and the bond be released. Mrs. Manier <br />seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell <br />and carried, Certificates of Insurance for the following were <br />accepted for filing: <br />1. Memorial Health System, Inc., Et al <br />615 North Michigan Street <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601-9986 <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Department of Code Enforcement <br />has submitted two (2) lists containing forty-eight (48) City owned <br />and miscellaneous properties which were cleaned by the Department <br />from January 24, 1994 to January 26, 1994. Mr. Leszczynski made <br />a motion that the lists as submitted be accepted for filing. Mrs. <br />Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />
