<br />24. Lots Numbered Thirty-three (33) and Thirty-four (34) as shown on the recorded Plat of
<br />Wenger and Kreighbaum's First Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County,
<br />Indiana, recorded April 2, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County,
<br />Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 1, excepting from said lots that part taken by the City of
<br />South Bend for Ohio Street by condemnation proceedings, Resolution No. 1977; and
<br />excepting further from Lot Numbered Thirty-three (33) the following tract, viz:
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Numbered Thirty-three (33); thence
<br />running North on the West line of said Lot, Thirty-eight and sixteen hundredths (38.16)
<br />feet of the Southerly line of a new street laid out by the City of South Bend, Indiana,
<br />connecting Ohio and Marietta Streets; thence Southeasterly along the southerly line of
<br />said Street, Twenty and Seventy-eight hundredths (20.78) feet; thence Southerly Thirty-
<br />two (32) feet to the place of beginning. Commonly known as 626 East Ohio Street. Key
<br />No. 18-7009-0351;
<br />for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) per parcel, and pursuant to the terms set forth above, shall be, and
<br />hereby is, accepted.
<br />2. That the acceptance of the conveyance of the Real Property from the Commission is
<br />conditioned upon the adoption of a resolution substantially similar in its terms to the terms of this
<br />resolution by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission.
<br />3. That upon receipt of a fully executed quitclaim deed to the Real Property from the
<br />Commission, the Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Commission,
<br />on behalf of the Board, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) per parcel conveyed and to cause the
<br />recording of said quitclaim deed.
<br />4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption.
