<br />(hereinafter collectively referred to as the Real Property) and;
<br />WHEREAS, the Commission in Resolution 1370, adopted on August 4, 1995, expressed its
<br />desire to transfer the Real Property to the City of South Bend, Indiana; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City of South Bend is desirous of acquiring the Real Property from the
<br />Commission, but only upon the condition that the Commission assume financial responsibility for
<br />removing any structures which may be situated upon any of the Parcels of the Real Property; and
