<br />the City of South Bend for Ohio Street by condemnation proceedings, Resolution No.

<br />thence running North on the West line of said Lot, Thirty-eight and sixteen
<br />hundredths (38.16) feet of the Southerly line of a new street laid out by the City of
<br />South Bend, Indiana, connecting Ohio and Marietta Streets; thence Southeasterly
<br />along the southerly line of said Street, Twenty and Seventy-eight hundredths (20.78)
<br />feet; thence Southerly Thirty-two (32) feet to the place of beginning. Commonly

<br />following the right-of-way of said railroad, a distance of 27.28 feet, more or
