Lots Numbered Thirty-three (33) and Thirty-four (34) as shown on the recorded Plat <br />of Wenger and Kreighbaum's First Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana, recorded April 2, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph <br />County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 1, excepting from said lots that part taken by <br />the City of South Bend for Ohio Street by condemnation proceedings, Resolution No. <br />1977; and excepting further from Lot Numbered Thirty-three (33) the following tract, <br />viz: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot Numbered Thirty-three (33); <br />thence running North on the West line of said Lot, Thirty-eight and sixteen <br />hundredths (38.16) feet of the Southerly line of a new street laid out by the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, connecting Ohio and Marietta Streets; thence Southeasterly <br />along the southerly line of said Street, Twenty and Seventy-eight hundredths (20.78) <br />feet; thence Southerly Thirty-two (32) feet to the place of beginning. Lot Numbered Eighteen (18) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wenger and <br />Krieghbaum's First Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded April 2, 1892 in the <br />Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, Page 1, <br />excepting therefrom a parcel of land 45 feet in width, taken off of the entire West <br />side of said lot. <br />Also a triangular parcel of land lying East of said Lot Numbered 18, which <br />parcel is described as follows, viz: Beginning at a point on the North line of <br />Ohio Street in the City of South Bend, 14 feet East of the Southeast corner <br />of said Lot Numbered 18; running thence North a distance of 14.82 feet, <br />more or less, to the right-of-way of the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern <br />Railway (New York Central Lines); thence in a Southeasterly direction <br />following the right-of-way of said railroad, a distance of 27.28 feet, more or <br />less, to a point on the North line of Ohio Street; thence West along the North <br />line of Ohio Street, a distance of 22.9 feet to the place of beginning.
