AWARD BID - MINI -VAN Mr. Matthew Chlebowski, Director, Division of Equipment Services, advised the Board that on April 17, 1995, bids were received and opened for the above referred to vehicle. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Chlebowski recommends that the Board award the contract to Gates Chevrolet, 401 South Lafayette Boulevard, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of $10,500.00. Mr. Chlebowski noted that this was the only bid. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. AWARD BID - ONE (1) SET HYDRAULIC BUCKET MACHINE Mr. Matthew Chlebowski, Director, Division of Equipment Services, advised the Board that on April 17, 1995, bids were received and opened for the above referred to equipment. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Chlebowski recommends that the Board award the contract to Deeds Equipment Company, 8015 East 45th Street, Lawrence, Indiana, as follows: Model BU-37 Pull -In & Model BU37 Loader Unit $50,973.00 Bucket Location Option ADD $ 482.00 Gasoline Engine Option DEDUCT $ 5,100.00 TOTAL $46,355.00 Mr. Chlebowski noted that this was the only bid. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. AWARD BID - NEAR NORTHWEST PARTNERSHIP CENTER SERVICE AREA - SIDEWALK. CURB AND APPROACH REPAIRS - PROJECT NO. 95-10 Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, advised the Board that on April 17,1995, bids were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Littrell recommends that the Board award the contract to Rieth Riley Construction, Post Office Box 1775, South Bend, Indiana, in the amount of $153,135.20. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried.
