r <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />REMOVAL OF <br />LOCATION: <br />NEW INSTALLATION <br />LOCATION: <br />REMARKS: <br />NEW INSTALLATION <br />LOCATION: <br />FEBRUARY 27, 1995 <br />No Parking Tow Zone revised to 2 Hour Parking <br />200 Block South Taylor <br />Handicap Sign <br />1726 South Jackson <br />Mr. Watford has met all requirements <br />Handicap Sign <br />3 524 Northside Boulevard <br />REMARKS: Mr. Stephens has met all requirements <br />APPROVE RELEASE CONTRACTOR BONDS <br />Mr. Larry D. Spradlin, Sr., Engineer, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following <br />Contractor Bonds be released as follows: <br />Jerry's Concrete Work Released Effective February 27, 1995 <br />Amoco Oil Company Released Effective February 27, 1995 <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bonds be <br />released as outlined above. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORTS <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Department of Code Enforcement has submitted two (2) lists <br />containing eighteen (18) City owned and miscellaneous properties which were cleaned by the <br />Department from February 13, 1994 through February 14, 1995. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion <br />that the lists as submitted be accepted for filing. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount of $973,817.54 and <br />recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern <br />Indiana, submitted one (1) list containing claims in the amount of $135,391.57 and recommended <br />approval. Ms. Ann Kolata, Community and Economic Development, submitted a claim for a <br />payment requisition for William Richardson Court, in the amount of $1,538.15 and recommended <br />approval. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as submitted <br />be filed. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, <br />seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:20 a.m. <br />OUN/ <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />a <br />r5 ohn E.
