M1 REGULARMEETINGG FEBRUARY 20, 1995 Note: Computerland of Northern Indiana will provide warranty coverage for all equipment purchased through us in conjunction with this bid for a period of two years on -site coverage (within 24 hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., non -holidays). Warranty covers all parts and labor limited to defects in the manufacturer's workmanship. A loaner will be provided if repairs can not be completed leaving the equipment out of service for a period to exceed 48 hours from time of diagnosis hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., non -holidays). Comark, 471 Brighton Drive, Bloomingdale, Illinois, declined to bid as they are not located within a 50 mile radius of South Bend. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the above bids were referred to the Controller's Office for review and recommendation. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT - INSURANCE_ CONSULTING - GIBSON RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES In a memorandum to the Board, Ms. Jenny Pitts Manier, Chief Assistant City Attorney, submitted an Insurance Consulting Agreement between the City of South Bend, and Gibson Risk Management Services, Inc., and requested approval. Ms. Manier stated that this Agreement is for consulting services, with a flat fee of $18,500.00. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier, the Agreement was approved and executed.
