REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 6, 1995 <br />International Bartending Institute, 1805 S. Michigan, South Bend, Indiana. It is noted that the <br />approval is subject to the execution of an Indemnification Agreement, to be prepared by the Legal <br />Department. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and <br />carried, the request was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF RENEWAL OF LICENSE APPLICATIONS FOR A SECONDHAND STORE <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Division <br />of Engineering, Code Enforcement, the Police Department and Fire Department for the renewal of <br />License Applications for a Secondhand Store. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by <br />Mrs. Manier and carried, the following Applications were approved: <br />Gert's Closet <br />2709 Mishawaka Avenue <br />South Bend, Indiana 46615 <br />Red's Pawn Shop <br />1072 Lincolnway East <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Mason Heating & Appliance <br />118 E. Sample Street <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Casey's Furniture Mart <br />520 Western Avenue <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />U11011".11 <br />PUBLIC PARKING FACILITY <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following three (3) License Applications for Public Parking <br />Facilities have been received: <br />Witmer-McNease Music Co. <br />418 South Michigan <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Witmer-McNease Music Co. <br />420 South Main <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />Valley American Limited Partnership <br />211 W. Washington <br />South Bend, Indiana 46601 <br />It is noted that favorable recommendations have been received from the Fire Department and Code <br />Enforcement. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the <br />above referred to License Applications were approved. <br />FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION - RENEWAL OF LICENSE APPLICATIONS - RUBBISH <br />AND GARBAGE REMOVAL SERVICE <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from Code <br />Enforcement. Additionally, inspections of the trucks to be used have been conducted by the Solid <br />Waste Bureau and the applicants were found to be in compliance. Therefore, Mr. Caldwell made <br />a motion that the applications as listed below be approved. Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which <br />carried: <br />Lacy's Rubbish <br />2143 N.
