Caldwell, Member <br />s/Jenny Manier, Member <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR BOND <br />Mr. Larry D. Spradlin, Sr., Engineer, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following <br />Contractor Bond be approved as follows: <br />Willie's Construction Co. Approved 12/27/94 <br />Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bond be approved. <br />Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the following two <br />(2) traffic control devices were approved: <br />NEW INSTALLATION: Handicap Sign <br />1 <br />LOCATION: <br />931 S. 26th Street <br />REMARKS: <br />Mrs. Hendrickson has met all requirement <br />NEW INSTALLATION: <br />Handicap Sign <br />LOCATION: <br />3518 Northside <br />REMARKS: <br />Mrs. Torbenson has met all requirements <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the following <br />Certificates of Insurance were accepted for filing: <br />Doyle Signs, Inc. <br />232 Interstate Road <br />Addison, Illinois 60101 <br />Memorial Health System Inc. Etal <br />615 N. Michigan Street <br />South Bend, Indiana <br />Federal Sign, Division of Federal Sign Corporation <br />FILING OF MONTHLY NBDC REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Sam Mercantini, Executive Director, Neighborhood Busines <br />Development Program, has submitted for filing, the December Monthly NBDC Report. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the Report was accepted <br />and filed as submitted. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount of $2,947,407,65 and <br />$4,880,149.23, and recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, <br />WDS of Northern Indiana, submitted two (2) lists containing claims in the amount of $20,632.82 <br />and $256,183.53, and recommended approval. Additionally, Ms. Ann Kolata, Department of <br />
