Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE PROJECT COMPLETION AFFIDAVIT - RENOVATION OF ROBERTSON'S <br />BUILDING - DIVISION I - ASBESTOS ABATEMENT - PROJECT NO. 96-48-1 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director, Division of Engineering, has submitted <br />the Project Completion Affidavit on behalf of Insulco Asbestos Management, Inc., 2840 West <br />Vermont Street, Blue Island, Illinois, for the above referred to project, indicating a final cost of <br />$142,969.44. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the <br />Project Completion Affidavit was approved. <br />APPROVE 1997-1998 -NEO-NATAL CONTRACT - MEMORIAL HOSPITAL <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of a 1997-1998 Neo Natal for neo-natal <br />ambulance and staffing between the City of South Bend, and Memorial Hospital of South Bend by <br />and through the Board of Public Works. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded <br />by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the Contract was approved and executed. <br />APPROVAL OF CONSULTING AGREEMENTS - GIBSON RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES, <br />INC. <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that the Board is in receipt of two (2) Agreements between the City of South <br />Bend and Gibson Risk Management Services, Inc., 300 South Saint Louis Boulevard, South Bend, <br />Indiana, for consulting services regarding Workers' Compensation and property/boiler and machinery. <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the <br />Agreements were approved and executed. <br />
