<br />Upon a motion made by Mrs. Manier, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the above bids were
<br />referred to the Blackthorn Golf Course for review and recommendation.
<br />AWARD BIDS - SALE OF MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLES
<br />Mr. Matthew Chlebowski, Director, Division of Equipment Services, advised the Board that on April
<br />1, 1996, bids were received and opened for the sale of miscellaneous equipment. After reviewing
<br />those bids, Mr. Chlebowski recommends that the Board award the bids as follows:

<br />AWARD QUOTATION - COLLEGE FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME 1995/1996 EXHIBIT
<br />UPGRADE
<br />Mr. Bernie Kish, Executive Director, College Football Hall of Fame, advised the Board that on April
<br />1, 1996, quotations were received and opened for the above referred to project. After reviewing
<br />those quotations, Mr. Kish recommends that the Board award the contract to Omnicraft International,
<br />512 West Ireland Road, South Bend, Indiana in the amount of $19,953.40. Mr. Kish advised that
<br />the funds for this update will come from the Exhibit Upgrade portion of the 1996 College Football
<br />Hall of Fame budget. Therefore, Mrs. Manier made a motion that the recommendation be accepted
