After reviewing those bids, Mr. <br />Littrell recommends that the Board award the contract to Herrman & Goetz, Inc., 225 South <br />Lafayette Street, South Bend, Indiana in the amount of $130,385.00. Funds to cover the cost of this <br />project are encumbered from the Wastewater Capital funds. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that <br />the recommendation be accepted and the bid be awarded as outlined above. Mr. Caldwell seconded <br />the motion which carried. <br />AWARD BID - PAINT <br />Mr. George Zana, Purchasing Manager, Division of Equipment Services, advised the Board that on <br />March 25, 1996, bids were received and opened for paint. Each City department will be responsible <br />for purchasing the products they require, and will issue purchase orders that designate the source of <br />funds.
