Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and <br />carried, the request to advertise for the receipt of bids was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - SALE OF <br />MISCELLANEOUS VEHICLES <br />- ONE (1) 1982 FORD 3 %2 TON - CREW & EQUIPMENT BODY WITH HOIST <br />- ONE (1) 1991 CHEVROLET S-10 2 DOOR BLAZER <br />- ONE (1) 1989 CHEVROLET 3/4 TON - WITH VALVE MACHINE & EQUIPMENT BODY <br />- ONE (1) CHEVROLET 3/4 TON - EQUIPMENT BODY <br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Matthew Chlebowski, Director, Division of Equipment <br />Services, requested permission to advertise for the sale of bids for the above referred to <br />miscellaneous vehicles. It is noted that these vehicles were declared obsolete under Resolution No. <br />19-1996. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, <br />the request to advertise for the sale of the miscellaneous vehicles was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO CONDUCT PUBLIC AUCTION - SOUTH BEND POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT <br />In a letter to the Board, Services Division Chief Richard Kilgore requested permission to conduct <br />a public auction to dispose of unclaimed property as allowed by law. Chief Kilgore stated that the <br />auction will be held on Saturday, April 13, 1996, at 8:30 a.m. in the garage area at the rear of 701 <br />West Sample Street, by Kaser's Auction Service, a licensed auctioneer service. Additionally <br />submitted at this time was a Contract for Sale of Personal Property at Public Auction, submitted by <br />Kaser's Auction Service. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. <br />Manier and carried, the request to conduct a public auction and the Contract for the Sale of Personal <br />Property at Public Auction were approved. <br />APPROVE TITLE SHEET - NORTHSIDE BOULEVARD WALKWAYBIKEWAY - PROJECT <br />NO. 95-22 <br />Mr. Caldwell advised that the Title Sheet for the above referred to project was being presented at this <br />time for execution.
