REGULAR MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 12, 1996 <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the following <br />Certificate of Insurance was accepted for filing: <br />Walsh & Kelly, Inc. W&K Equipment Co., Inc. <br />& Omega Trucking Co., Inc. <br />1700 Main Street <br />Griffith, Indiana 46319 <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount of $692,767.31, dated February <br />5, 1996, and recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, WDS <br />of Northern Indiana, submitted two (2) lists containing claims in the amount of $174,873.37 and <br />$24,359.42 and recommended approval. Ms. Ann Kolata, Department of Community and Economic <br />Development, submitted a claim for the Century Center Remodeling, and recommended approval. <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the claims be approved and the reports as submitted be filed. <br />Mrs. Manier seconded the motion which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />ca'o, (Z�' " <br />l hn E.
