<br />construction o t t cling to Commerce Park and found existing material was too wet to
<br />compact in City's compaction specification. In order to complete the roadway
<br />in a timely r� c roe had to undercut the unsuitable material and replace it with suitable
<br />material wit' , i i curb areas. This then allowed for the placement of the sub -base and

<br />by Ms. Roe r. Littrell and carried, the Project Completion Affidavit was approved.
