<br />page 13. Key No. 18-7025-0990. Commonly known as 233 Broadway;
<br />Lot Numbered Sixty-three (63) as shown on the recorded Plat of Haney's
<br />Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Key No. 18-7025-
<br />0998. Commonly known as 203 Broadway;
<br />Lot Numbered Sixty-four (64) as shown on the recorded Plat of Haney's
<br />Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Key No. 18-7025-
<br />0997. Commonly known as 207 Broadway; and
<br />Lot Numbered Sixty-five (65) as shown on the recorded Plat of Haney's
<br />Addition to the City of South Bend, in St. Joseph County, Indiana. Key No. 18-7025-

<br />2) Such transfer shall be accomplished by Quit -Claim Deed, executed by the Mayor of
<br />the City of South Bend and attested to by the South Bend City Clerk.
<br />3) Such transfer shall be made by the City to AHD in an "as is condition with no
<br />warranties, indemnities or representations made relative to said real property.

<br />APPROVAL OF REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - WEST
<br />CLEVELAND ROAD INDUSTRIAL PARK - PHASE I - PROJECT NO. 97-83
<br />In a memorandum to the Board, Mr. Carl P. Littrell, Director of Engineering, requested permission
<br />to advertise for the receipt of bids for the above referred to project. Mr. Littrell stated that this
<br />project will construct the first phase of a new industrial park in the Blackthorn Redevelopment Area.
<br />Sufficient funds have been appropriated from the Blackthorn TIF and contribution from the real estate
<br />developers.. Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried,
<br />the request to advertise for the receipt of bids was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT ADAMS HIGH SCHOOL
<br />HOMECOMING PARADE
<br />Mr. Caldwell stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of
<br />Engineering, Park Department, Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a
<br />request as submitted by Mr. Richard Phebus, Adams High School, 808 South Twyckenham, South
<br />Bend, Indiana to conduct the above referred to parade, on Friday, October 3, 1997, beginning at 6:20
<br />p.m., on the designated route as submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr.
<br />Littrell and carried, the recommendation was approved.
<br />APPROVAL OF RECOMMENDATION - TO CONDUCT WALKTOBERFEST - AMERICAN
<br />DIABETES ASSOCIATION
<br />Mr. Caldwell stated that favorable recommendations have been received by the Division of
<br />Engineering, Park Department, Police Department and the City Attorney's office, in reference to a
<br />request as submitted by Ms. Kimberley Melvin, American Diabetes Association, 115 South Lafayette,
<br />South Bend, Indiana to conduct the above referred to walk, on Sunday, October 5, 1997, from 7:00
<br />a.m. until 3:00 p.m., on the designated route as submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell,
<br />seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, the recommendation was approved.
