Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the <br />above referred to Title Sheet was approved and signed. <br />APPROVAL OF FEE PROPOSAL - VALLEY AMERICAN BANK <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, a Fee Proposal, as <br />submitted by Valley American Bank, Post Office Box 11588, South Bend, Indiana, for the bond issue <br />for the County Economic Development Income Tax Revenue Bonds for 1997 was approved. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Littrell, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the following Certificate <br />of Insurance was accepted for filing: ' <br />Lykowski Construction, Inc. <br />21707 West Ireland Road <br />South Bend, Indiana 46614 <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. M. Catherine Roemer, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount of $690,930.24 dated <br />June 2, 1997 and recommended approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, <br />WDS of Northern Indiana, submitted one (1) list containing claims in the amount of $26,630.55. and <br />recommended approval. Mr. Littrell made amotion that the claims be approved and the reports as <br />submitted be filed.
