The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into the public sanitary <br />sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary sewer and water service to Key Number 14-1167-6180, <br />South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 14-1167-6180), the Notre Dame Federal Credit Union's waive and <br />release any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation of the <br />property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Consent be <br />approved. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Caldwell stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Ms. Carol Wagner. The Consent indicates that in consideration for <br />permission to tap into the public sanitary sewer and sewer system of the City, to provide sanitary <br />sewer service to 19433 Darden Road, South Bend, Indiana, (Key # 02-1049-1873), the Wagner's <br />waive and release any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending or future annexation <br />of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Mr. Littrell made a motion that the Consent <br />be approved. Ms. Roemer seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVAL OF AFFIDAVIT OF ROBERT RICHARDSON <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Littrell and carried, an Affidavit of Robert <br />Richardson was approved. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the following two (2) <br />traffic control devices were approved: <br />New Installation - Handicap <br />Signs <br />802 E. Ewing <br />Request from Methodist <br />Church <br />Removal - Handicap Signs <br />1340 Fisher <br />Signs no longer needed <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR BOND <br />Mr. Larry D.
