It was noted that the required Proof of Insurance as well as the hours and rates <br />to be charged was attached to the applications. <br />APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS - SECOND HAND DEALER <br />Mr. Caldwell stated that the following secondhand dealers license applications have been received: <br />Phyllis D. McCormick <br />The Boutique Exchange <br />529 North Niles <br />Frances Billings <br />Casey's Furniture Mart <br />520 Western Avenue, <br />Ray Tanner <br />Renita Re -Use It Shop <br />1631 Linden Avenue <br />Robert K. Harrison <br />Harrison Furniture & <br />Treasures <br />1609 South Miami Avenue <br />Stephen A. Krupnik <br />Red's Pawn Shop <br />1072 Lincolnway East <br />Mr. Caldwell further advised that favorable recommendations have been received from the Bureau <br />Of Traffic and Lighting, Department of Code Enforcement, Police Department and Fire Department <br />concerning the above applications. Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Littrell <br />and carried, the above license applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's <br />Office for issuance of a license. <br />APPROVAL OF LICENSE APPLICATIONSFOR RUBBISH AND GARBAGE REMOVAL <br />SERVICE <br />Mr. Caldwell stated that the Board is in receipt of favorable recommendations from the Department <br />of Code Enforcement for the following License Applications: <br />Carter Buchanan Carter Buchanan Rubbish Service <br />Tommy Swinson Tommy Swinson Trash Service <br />Mr. Caldwell noted that the Bureau of Sanitation has inspected the vehicles to be used in conjunction <br />with the businesses, and has approved them. Upon a -motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. <br />Littrell and carried, the License Applications were approved. <br />L <br />1 <br />
