1 <br />r <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />YOUNGS EXCAVATING INC <br />Post Office Box 2766 <br />South Bend, Indiana 46680 <br />Quotation was submitted by Mr. David Dudash <br />QUOTATION: $27,143.00 <br />DECEMBER 7, 1998 <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Powell and carried, the above Quotations <br />were referred to the Division of Engineering for review and recommendation. <br />AWARDIREJECTIRE-ADVERTISE BIDS - MORRIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER - <br />PROJECT NO. 98-25-5 <br />Mr. Fred Lusk, Verkler, Inc., 4406 Technology Drive, South Bend, Indiana, Construction Manger, <br />advised the Board that on October 26, 1998, bids were received and opened for the above referred <br />to project. After reviewing those bids, Mr. Lusk recommends that the Board award the bids as <br />follows. Panels have been removed <br />from the project. Will not be rebid. <br />[98-25-5.1 IC <br />Food Service Equipment <br />I Reject bids. No timetable for rebid. <br />Therefore, Ms. Roemer made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and the bids be <br />awarded/rejected and rebid as outlined above. Mr. Powell seconded the motion which carried. <br />
