That upon receipt of fully executed quitclaim deed(s) to the Real Property from Commission, the Clerk of the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana is hereby authorized and directed to cause the recording of said quitclaim deed(s) in the Office of the St. Joseph County Recorder. 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption. Jacob, Clerk ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 38-1998 Upon a motion made by Ms. Roemer, seconded by Mr. Caldwell and carried, the following Resolution was adopted by the Board of Public Works: RESOLUTION NO. 38-1998 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY TO SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION, INC. WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana (hereinafter the "City"), is the owner of one (1) parcel of real property situated in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: A part of Lots Numbered Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) as shown on the recorded Plat of Hiram F..Berst's Subdivision of Bank Out Lot Number Seventy-three (73) of the First Plat of Out Lots of the Town, now City of South -Bend, platted by the State Bank of Indiana, which part is bounded by a line running as follows, viz: Beginning at a point 108 feet West of the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered Fourteen (14) in said Subdivision; thence running West on the North line of said Sublot Number Eleven (11) to the Northwest corner thereof, thence South on the East line of Chapin Street in said City 71 feet; thence East to a point due
