Casteel, President Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed Ten per cent (10%) Bid Bond was submitted BID: $127,400.00 Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Ms. Roemer and carried, the above bids were referred to the Division of Engineering for review and recommendation. OPENING OF BIDS - SIX (6) MORE OR LESS 2000 MODEL FULL SIZE FRONT WHEEL DRIVE POLICE PATROL VEHICLES This was the date set for receiving and opening of sealed bids for the above -referenced project. The Clerk tendered proofs of publication of Notice in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri-County News which were found to be sufficient. The following bids were opened and publicly read: Gates Chevrolet Corporation 401 South Lafayette Boulevard P.O. Box 4056 South Bend, Indiana 46634 Bid was signed by Dave Holland, Fleet Manager Non -Collusion Affidavit was in order Non -Discrimination Commitment form was completed Ten per cent (10%) Bid Bond was submitted BID: $113,082.00 NET PRICE ONE: $18,847.00 Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mr. Powell and carried, the above bids were referred to the Board for review and recommendation. OPENING OF QUOTATIONS - QUEEN STREET SEWER EXTENSION - PROJECT NO 99-73 Mr. Caldwell advised that this was the date set for the receiving and opening of sealed Quotations for the River Park Partnership Center - Project No. 99-76.
