(Does not meet <br />specification) Two snap fasteners (on a 1 inch, heat resistant cloth tab) shall be <br />attached on the right and left side seams near the bottom to engage the bottom of <br />the liner. Specific material was specified because of maintenance. <br />(Does not meet specifications) <br />18.4 Storm Fly/Closure: <br />The storm fly closure shall be outer shell material lined with crosstech and <br />thermal liner. Storm fly furnished is outer shell and nomex which does not <br />give equal thermal protection. <br />18.4.1 Dee Ring: <br />Not reinforced with leather.
